This book contains more than full/heavy dishes, but also smaller and lighter dishes, as well as cheese pairings and even dessert. The down side is that some of the dishes require some ingredients one might not|About the Author|Ben Vinken is a world authority when it comes to Belgian beers. Since 1991 he has published the magazine 'Bierpassie'. He tastes and describes beer like one would do with wine and he is a pioneer in the field of beer and food pairing.
